Montenegro Homes & Development LLC was launched in January of 2009. The principal members are Patrick J. Morin and David A. Fiacco Jr. Together the owners have over 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry. With their knowledge and experience both owners share an immense passion for building and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
Patrick began his career in New York in 1986 as a carpenter and an assistant project manager for a small builder. The builder kept a lot of the work in house so Patrick learned to do all the actual work himself. He also learned to supervise and schedule subcontractors. In 1994 Patrick moved to Arizona and secured a foreman’s position with a prominent framing company. Over the following fourteen years he worked his way into the Project Manager position for a large custom home builder in Scottsdale, Arizona. For this builder he was in charge of the entire construction process on multi-million dollar homes in the most prestigious communities in the Valley. Patrick has built homes in DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Greyhawk, Desert Mountain, Paradise Valley, and Judson to name a few.
David also began his carpentry career in New York in the early 1980’s. He moved to Arizona in 1996 and secured a foreman’s position with the same prestigious framing company. In 2005 David started his own framing company specializing in custom homes. David is responsible for all of the business operations of all projects for the framing company. Patrick joined David’s company in the summer of 2008 as an estimator/ project manager.
During the fall of 2008 Patrick and David decided to become General contractors. Patrick completed the requirements and Montenegro Homes & Development LLC was established. Both owners are equally responsible for the business development, sales and marketing as well as the quality control of all projects. Patrick is responsible for the design, estimating and generation of schedules. David is responsible for execution and monitoring of schedules. Although they each have their own responsibilities, both owners are completely involved in every aspect of each project.
